For the 24 hours ending at noon today, Nov. 8, no deaths from influenza were reported anywhere in Sheridan county. County Health Officer Hurd received reports of only eight new cases yesterday in the entire county. City Health Officer Marshall said this morning there has been a falling off of new cases in Sheridan.
However, two deaths from influenza were reported in Sheridan and three from districts around Sheridan county during the 24 hours that ended at noon yesterday, Nov. 7. One death was reported from Carneyville, one from Model and one from Dutch creek. The deaths at Model and Dutch creek were children.
Both of the parents of the baby that died yesterday at Dutch creek are reported seriously ill with influenza.
