At Tuesday evening’s meeting, the Buffalo City Council passed recommendations for the Turkey Lane parking issue.
The residents there have approached the city council to ask that the city move the parking area due to various problems they are dealing with including added traffic, parking problems, noise, and parties at the parking area for access to the walking trail near their homes.
According to Buffalo Mayor Shane Schrader, the city council, along with the city works department, and the city attorney came up with six recommendations they hope will ease the problems and help the residents by trying to accommodate their concerns.
Mayor Schrader read them at the meeting.
The next step in the process is for the residents to determine if they will accept the recommendations or not.
