Commission Authorizes Refund on Tax Over Payment

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have approved the County Treasurer to refund nearly $1,000 in property taxes assessed and paid in error.

County Assessor Paul Fall explained why the refund was necessary during Tuesday’s regular commission meeting.

The Holiday Lodge, which is located on Coffeen Avenue adjacent to Washington Park, will be refunded $997.37.
