Buffalo to Soon Annex Property Near Duffy’s Bluff

The City of Buffalo will be looking at the possible annexation of property located on the South Bypass Road, according to City Building Inspector Terry Asay.

Asay said the Planning & Zoning Commission will be reviewing two lot splits and a special use permit as well as the annexation.

Asay also reported he had issued 15 total permits in the month of October; four for fences, three for roofs, two remodels, two for signs, and one each for a deck, a full window replace, a street cut, and a city water tap.
