Nominees for 4th Judicial District Court Judge Announced

Wyoming Supreme Court Chief Justice Kate M. Fox, who serves as Chair of the Wyoming Judicial Nominating Commission, announced Friday that the commission has completed its consideration of all the applicants for the position of District Court Judge for the Fourth Judicial District. The nominees are Mistee L. Elliott, Ryan P. Healy and Darci A.V. Phillips.

In December, Wyoming Governor Mark Gordon appointed former 4th Judicial District Court Judge John Fenn to the Supreme Court, creating the vacancy in District Court. Gordon has one month to appoint one of the three nominees to serve as the new District Court judge.
