The Sheridan County Commission, during their Tuesday meeting, is scheduled to consider the release of $360,000 in funding for the county’s commitment to the City of Sheridan through the Landfill Closure Agreement dated June 21, 2005.
Also on the agenda is review of the Oxbow Ranch Subdivision; a Memorandum of Understanding between the county and Wyoming Department of Health, Public Health Division; and agreement with KJC Development, LLC for improvements on County Road #113, or Upper Road; and consideration of a lease agreement with 2nd Chance, LLC for the storage building located at 1845 Gabrielle Court.
The meeting will be Tuesday morning beginning at 9am in the Second Floor Boardroom #220 in the Sheridan County Courthouse Addition.
The meeting is open to the public.
