An agreement between Sheridan County and Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. has been reached for operation and maintenance services for the Goose Creek Flood Notification Network for 2022.
County Administrative Director Renee Obermueller explained the contract further during the recent commission meeting.
Obermueller said there is a 50/50 cost sharing agreement with the City of Sheridan to split the cost of $16,260 on the contract.
She said there were also minor changes in the agreement for the start date on monitoring, and that there have been re-calibrations and major upgrades to the components of the system over the last couple of years to bring it up to what the State Engineer’s Office uses.
