Buffalo resident Lynn Miller spoke with the Buffalo City Council at their last meeting to make them aware of an issue she has been dealing with and to ask them to help with the problem.
She explained what she was upset about.
Miller said she has contacted the owners, the police, and animal control, who have heard the recordings, and have issued citations over the last two years, and the issue has gone to court but it continues to be a nuisance, she said.
She asked the council to review the city ordinances and make the fines higher to encourage the owners of the dogs to control their barking.
Mayor Shane Schrader said he would take her information for the council to review.
