Sheridan Commission Accepts Grant for Story Siren

Sheridan County’s Commissioners approved and accepted a grant from the State Office of Homeland Security that will pay for a new siren in the Story Community.

County Administrative Director Renee Obermueller gave details to the commission at their meeting this week.

Obermueller said this is a 100% grant that will pay the nearly $19,000 for the cost of the siren.
