State Senator Dave Kinskey (R-Sheridan, Johnson Counties), in his weekly talk with Sheridan Media from the legislative session, talked about HB103, the Crossover Voting Bill that has been revived in the Senate.
Kinskey explained the bill and why it was revived.
Kinskey said that is usually where the story ends for bills that die in committee, but he explained how HB103 was resurrected.
Kinskey said he knows some people like the bill while others do not, but either way he feels it deserves an airing and a fair debate.
The bill is scheduled for debate on the Senate floor Tuesday, February 21.
