BRONC / LADY BRONC WRESTLING – The Sheridan Bronc and Lady Bronc wrestlers had an historic weekend at the Wyoming state championships, Sheridan Media’s Kevin Koile has the wrap up.
NORDIC SKIING – The state Nordic ski championships wrapped up in Jackson Saturday you can find the complete results on the sports page at sheridanmedia.com.
INDOOR TRACK – The final regular season indoor track meet was hosted in Gillette the Broncs and Lady Broncs kept their winning momentum going results can be seen on the sports page at sheridanmedia.com, the all class state indoor championships will be held in Gillette this weekend.
1A / 2A STATE BASKETBALL OPENS THURSDYAY- 1A / 2A regional basketball tournaments wrapped up Saturday with four Sheridan county teams advancing to the state tournament that will open Thursday in Casper.
The Tongue River Lady Eagles will open the 2A bracket against Wyoming Indian, the Arvada / Clearmont girls open the 1A bracket against Burlington.
The Tongue River Eagles and Big Horn Rams will play back to back Thursday, the Eagles play Shoshoni at noon the Rams follow against Greybull.
4A EAST REGIONAL BASKETBALL – The Sheridan Broncs and Lady Broncs will open their 4A east regional tournament Thursday morning in Casper games are being played at Natrona county high school, it’s will be an early day of hoops the Lady Broncs play Cheyenne Central at 9:00 the Broncs follow against Laramie at 10:30.

JUNIOR HOCKEY – The Sheridan Junior Hawks swept both games with the Yellowstone Quake winning 4-1 and 8-0, this weekend the hawks host two with the Badlands Sabres.
COWBOY BASKETBALL – The Wyoming Cowboys play at the Double “AA” tonight against Nevada, pregame at 6:30 with the tip at 7:00 on KWYO 14-10 AM and 106.9 FM.
