A request to subdivide property on Coffeen Avenue in Sheridan is an item that will come before the Sheridan City Council for consideration at an upcoming business meeting. City Public Works Director Hanns Mercer talks about the details of the Poll Motor Subdivision.

Mercer said the applicant is proposing to adjust the property line between the two parcels which would create a lot size of 2.5 acres for lot one and 4.1 acres for lot two.
