Sheridan Commission Approves Vehicle Purchase for Airport

The Sheridan County Commission discussed the purchase of a new maintenance truck for the Sheridan County Airport during their regular meeting Tuesday.

Airport Manager Robert Gill explained the airport’s need.

Gill told the commissioners that he found a number of vehicles locally that met the requirements, but recommended the least expensive option at Sheridan Motors which is a 2024 Ram 2500 Tradesman for just under $55,000.

After discussion, the commission voted to approve the purchase of the vehicle.
