Chief Justice Fox Delivers State of the Judiciary

Wyoming Supreme Court Chief Justice Kate M. Fox delivered her State of the Judiciary Address Monday during a joint session of the Wyoming Senate and House of Representatives. Fox said the judicial branch is run with 3.4 percent of the general fund budget.

Chief Justice Fox also talked about funding for safety and security within the judicial branch.

The State of the Judiciary along with the Governor’s State of the State are held every year at the beginning of the Wyoming Legislative Session in Cheyenne. This year’s session is a budget session that will adjourn on Friday, March 8.
