The Hub on Smith, Sheridan’s Senior Center proudly welcomes Ryan Koltiska as its new Director of Development. A Sheridan native, Koltiska brings with him a robust background in non-profit leadership, community engagement, and strategic fundraising. With a professional background highlighting his dedication to serving and developing people, Koltiska’s experience speaks volumes. He has thrived in roles such as Family Ministries Pastor at GracePoint Wesleyan Church, where he led cultural change and provided vision and consistency to his team.
Koltiska’s tenure as Executive Director at Kids Life saw him leading a Christ-centered youth organization in a pivotal season of growth, successfully fundraising for operations, and engaging the community in a substantial capital campaign. His leadership as Director of Marketing & Communications at the Sheridan County Chamber further solidified his expertise in strategic planning, communication, and relationship cultivation.
Koltiska’s educational background, including ordination within the Wesleyan Church and participation in the Institute for Organization Management, reflects his commitment to personal and professional growth. Additionally, his involvement in various community organizations and leadership programs demonstrates his dedication to Sheridan’s well-being.
“The Hub has been a cornerstone in the Sheridan community for 50 years, addressing critical needs and serving seniors with excellence,” stated Koltiska. “It’s a privilege to step into this role within an organization that holds such profound regard for the well-being of others.

In his role as Director of Development at The Hub, Koltiska will leverage his diverse skill set to drive fundraising initiatives, cultivate donor relationships, and advance the organization’s mission of enhancing the quality of life for seniors in Sheridan and beyond. His passion for serving the community and his deep-rooted connections make him an ideal fit for this pivotal position.
