The Wyoming House of Representatives Monday passed House Bill 206, which requires photo ID on all forms of identification used for voter ID. Also passed Monday was House Bill 160, which removes student IDs from the list of acceptable forms of identification to vote. Secretary of State Chuck Gray testified in favor of both bills.
