Buffalo Council Tables Passing of Building Code Ordinance

On their agenda for their meeting this week, The Buffalo City Council was scheduled to adopt updated and amended building codes for the city.

City Attorney Dennis Kirven approached the council with a request to put adopting them on hold until the council’s next meeting.

He explained why.

Without any further discussion, the council voted to table the issue.
