DSA is gearing up for Flying H Polo

Downtown Sheridan Association invited residents and visitors alike to take in some professional polo at the Flying H Polo Club. 

The cost is only $20 per car load of people. While appearing on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse, DSA board member and Co-Chair of the Flying H Polo Club, Kristin Herbst told listeners the level of athleticism displayed on the field during the competition is second to none with some of the world’s top professional polo players taking the field each year.

Gates open at 3 p.m., with kids’ foot races starting at 4 p.m., followed by an amateur long drive and a professional long drive Calcutta. The polo match begins at 5 p.m., with the traditional Champagne Divot Stomp at halftime. 

Following the game, attendees can enjoy the polo awards ceremony and the long drive competition. Funds raised from this event will be used to support DSA and their mission to enhance, preserve and promote downtown Sheridan.
