Jo Co Commission’s Budget, Regular Meeting Tuesday

Johnson County’s Commissioners will hold their second meeting of the month this Tuesday, as they work through their Budget Hearing and other items in their regular agenda.

They will have motions for their FY 2025-26 Budget; approve the transfer of funds for their 2025-26 budget; and approve Resolutions to provide the necessary income, appropriations, mill levies, and amend their FY 2024-25 Budget.

After their Budget Hearing, they are scheduled to get an update from Planning & Zoning; set a Board of Equalization Hearing date; review an MOU between the county and the Veteran’s Home of Wyoming; and the annual compensation agreement with the University of Wyoming Extension Office.

The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. Tuesday in the Commission’s Chambers in Room 204 of the Historic Courthouse.

The meeting is open to the public.
