Details of a minor subdivision in Sheridan were presented at this week’s Sheridan City Council study session. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.
Cannon Consulting, LLC, on behalf of Jacob and Tricia Lindberg, has submitted an application for the Lindberg Minor Subdivision, located at 512 West 5th Street in Sheridan. City Public Works Director Hanns Mercer.
The City Planning Commission, at their meeting Monday night, gave the subdivision a positive recommendation. The City Council will consider the resolution for the Lindberg Minor Subdivision at their regular business meeting, Monday, August 4.
