Which freedom or right is not protected by the First Amendment?  That was the Sheridan Media Poll Question last week.  Out of the 209 people who voted, 132 got it right.  Here are the final voting results:

The right to a fair trial

132 votes

The right to petition the government

53 votes

Freedom of Speech

8 votes

Freedom of Religion

6 votes

Freedom of the Press

6 votes – 3% of all votes

Freedom of Assembly

4 votes

The right to a fair trial is included in the 6^th Constitutional Amendment.  The Poll question is sponsored by First Northern Bank.
