Sheridan Commission Adopts Equipment Use Agreement

Sheridan County’s Commissioners considered approving the Sheridan County Equipment Use Agreement and also set the deposit amount for the use of the equipment, for the public to utilize road closure signs and barricade kits for planned events.

County Engineer Ken Muller explained the agreement and fees to the commission.

Muller said the deposit for the use of the equipment would be set at $250, which would be returned once the county property was returned in full and with no damages.

The commission voted to approve the agreement.
