Wyoming Women’s Foundation Announces New Venue for 2026 Women’s Antelope Hunt

The Wyoming Women’s Foundation announced a new venue for their flagship event. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.

Beginning in October of 2026, the Wyoming Women’s Antelope Hunt will be hosted at the historic TA Ranch south of Buffalo. For 13 years, the hunt has been hosted at the Ranch at Ucross. According to the Wyoming Women’s Foundation, despite the change in venue, the mission, traditions, and purpose of the hunt remain the same. Since its founding in 2013, the event has empowered women with skills in ethical hunting, outdoor recreation, and conservation, directly advancing the Foundation’s mission to foster economic self-sufficiency for women in Wyoming.

Additionally, the outfitters for the event, Ucross Outfitting LLC, as well as the landowners, and the guides will remain the same. Hunter applications, scholarships, and sponsorship opportunities for the 2026 hunt will open in January online at the Wyoming Women’s Foundation website.
