The Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce is seeking proposals from trainers interested in teaching at the IGNITE Conference, scheduled for May 19.
Now in its 11th year, the IGNITE Conference provides professionals at every level the opportunity to gain innovative ideas, learn best practices, and acquire information designed to spark professional development and business growth. The conference will feature a full day of 60-minute seminars, allowing attendees to choose sessions most relevant to their roles or businesses.
Chief Executive Officer of the Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce Teresa Detimore made an appearance on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse urging potential instructors to finalize training proposals. The deadline for the proposals is fast approaching.

The Chamber’s Business Retention & Expansion Committee organizes the event and works to ensure presentations leave attendees with tangible concepts that can be implemented immediately by owners, managers, and employees. Session topics typically fall under one or more general business categories, including human resources, customer service, marketing and communications, business growth and development, leadership, entrepreneurial development, cybersecurity, and finance or accounting.
Proposals, including any related attachments or supporting materials, must be received no later than close of business Feb. 13.
