Buffalo Council Allocates One-Percent Amount

Buffalo’s City Council discussed setting their amount to be allocated to the One-Percent Committee that will be distributed this spring.

Initially, the amount set in the draft Resolution was $325,000 but the council debated on setting it lower.

Council members Myra Camino and Wes Haskins.

The vote was tied 2-2 with Camino and Mike Madden voting for the amendment, and Haskins and Scott Madsen voting against.

Mayor Shane Schrader then spoke about the Resolution.

The council set the allocation at $250,000.
