The Clearmont Historical Center 6th annual quilt show is now open for the public. These colorful quilted items, large and small, have filled nearly every available space in the Clearmont Historical Center and Museum.

Sandy Hirz, director of the Historic Center, said they have around 70 quilts and quilted items. There are old quilts passed down in families, and new quilts from area quilters. There are two quilts sewn by junior quilters as well, which were made at the Buffalo Kids Quilt Camp hosted by the Buffalo Quilt Gals.
There is also a quilt designed by a gentleman, made out of blue jean squares.

Each quilt is numbered and has information about each quilt and the maker. Attendees are urged to leave comments and provide feedback about their favorite item in the show. Hirz said she added some extra categories this year.

The quilts will be on display through the month of March, and the Center will be open daily from 10-3.
