SAGE Community Arts in Sheridan is currently hosting “Place to Place,” a new exhibit featuring the work of artist David Brock, now on display through May 2 at the gallery.
While appearing on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse, SAGE Executive Director Jill Benson said the exhibit showcases Brock’s distinctive artistic style and color palette that brings all the senses to life as it invites visitors to explore themes of place, movement and personal interpretation through a series of expressive works.

“Place to Place” opened March 17 and offers multiple opportunities for the public to engage with the exhibit and the artist, including an artist reception scheduled for 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 26, where attendees can meet Brock and view the collection in a social setting. An artist talk will also be held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 1, giving visitors a deeper look into Brock’s creative process and the ideas behind his work.
SAGE Community Arts is open Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the exhibit is supported in part by the Wyoming Cultural Trust Fund.
