JCHC Board Discusses Credentialing Change

The Board of Trustees for the Johnson County Healthcare Center recently talked about changes administration made to how credentialing is handled.

CEO Luke Senden explained it was discovered that credentialing should be approved by the medical staff and not administration.

Dr. Alyse Williams, sitting in for Chief-of-Staff Dr. Brian Darnell, explained that the newly-formed Credentialing Committee brought the information before the medical staff for review.

According to the report, up for appointment was Dr. Randall Snyder, III for teleradiology.

Up fro reappointment was Dr. Darin Allred for orthopedics, and Dr. Kevin Bui for teleneurology.

The Board voted to approve the credentialing report based on the committee’s recommendations.
