Sheridan County Sheriff Levi Domingez and Under-sheriff Lt. Doug Sanders, while recent guests on Public Pulse, talked about the mild winter and spring, which has allowed pedestrians, bicyclists, and motorcyclists to be out sooner than normal.

They asked the motoring public to be aware and cautious to avoid any unfortunate interactions.

Sheriff Domingez also talked about what drivers should do if they venture into the mountains this time of year.

He said if someone doesn’t let anyone know where they are going, it makes it far more difficult to search for them.

He said to always let someone know where you are going to be on the safe side.
