During their last regular meeting, Johnson County’s Commissioners considered three applicants asking to be re-appointed to the Solid Waste District Board for three-year terms through 2028.

Commission Chair Bill Novotny asked the commission for approval.

The commission voted to approve all three applicants to the board.

Commissioners’ Assistant Kristan Kenyon then announced an opening on another board.

Kenyon said applications for board positions are available on the Johnson County website.
