Final Plat of Subdivision on Council’s Agenda

There will be a public hearing on an application for the final plat of the First Avenue East Subdivision at the Sheridan City Council business meeting Monday night. Following the public hearing, the Council will vote on the proposed subdivision, which is a request to  divide one acre into two residential use lots with lot one being 32,324 square feet, and lot two 11,212 square feet in size. Sheridan Mayor Rich Bridger.

Mayor Bridger says the Council will also be considering first reading of an ordinance for a rezone of Cloud Peak Ranch 15-A filing.

There are two items under the consent agenda, a bid award for the micro-surface project and the purchase of an asphalt recycling trailer. The City Council will meet Monday, July 20, at 5:30 pm in Council Chambers on the third floor of Sheridan City Hall.
