Emergency crews were busy when a high wind storm tipped over 2 vehicles and caused some damage in the Ranchester area.

According to the Tongue River Fire Department, just after 5:30pm on Sunday, July 19th, crews were dispatched to assist the Wyoming Highway Patrol with a semi-truck that had been blown over on westbound I-90 near milepost 13.

A little less than 1 hour later, a separate incident happened on Wyoming State Highway 345 involving an overturned RV near milepost 15, which blocked the majority of the roadway.

No injuries were reported at either scene.

The storm also caused damage throughout the Ranchester area, including several downed and damaged trees.

Power was knocked out in the area as a result.

The TRFD reminds motorists to check conditions and heed high wind warnings, particularly high-profile vehicles on I-90.
