An amendment to the Ordinance on Transient Merchants and Religious or Charitable Permits to operate within the city limits was considered at the Buffalo City Council meeting this week.
Earlier this summer, the Council was approached by various vendors that said the permit fees were too high, and chose to look at the permit fees for itenerant vendors and possibly reshape the fee schedule.
Mayor Shane Schrader gave more details on the amendment.
The council voted to approve Ordinance No. 1427 on third and final reading.
Copies of the Ordinance can be requested at Buffalo’s City Hall.
