Buffalo Council Approves Fort Street Rezone Request

A rezone request was considered by the Buffalo City Council at their last regular meeting.

Mayor Shane Schrader explained the request further.

The property is the building and surrounding property that previously housed Atter’s Furniture.

The council voted unanimously to approve the rezone from B-1 Light Commercial to B-2 Heavy Commercial.
