Sheridan Commission OK’s NOI on Fees for Public Health

Sheridan County’s Commissioners, during their recent meeting, voted to approve publishing a Notice of Intent (NOI) to adopt a schedule of fees to be charged for services provided by Sheridan County Public Health.

According to the NOI, copies of the proposed schedule of fees are available from the county commissioners or can be viewed on the county website.

Written comments can be submitted to the BOCC through October 5, 2026.

According to discussion at the meeting, a Public Hearing to receive oral comments on the proposed amendment will be held on October 6, 2026 at 9 a.m.

The commission will consider adopting the proposed amendment at their regular meeting October 6 at 9 a.m.

The commissioners voted to approve publishing the Notice of Intent.
