Sheridan Commission OK’s NOI on Vacation of Public Alley

Sheridan County’s Commissioners considered a Notice of Intent (NOI) to vacate a Platted public alley in Block 58 within the Downer Addition, as brought before them by County Engineer Ken Muller.

Muller further said he saw no issue with issuing the NOI.

The commission voted to publish the Notice of Intent to vacate the alley.
