Sheridan Commission Approves Proposed Vacation of Easement

A proposed easement vacation was considered by the Sheridan County Commission at a recent meeting.

According to the county Public Works Department’s Staff Report, Benjamin Saunders and Cydney Means wanted to vacate the platted 10-foot wide utility, drainage and construction easement centered on the line between Lot 1, Powder Horn Ranch PUD Phase Four and Lot 1, Powder Horn Ranch Minor No. 17.

County Planner Mark Reid gave more details on the request.

No comment was offered during the Public Hearing.

The commission voted to approve the Saunders/Means Easement Vacation.
