Sheridan Commission OK’s License Agreement for Pipeline

Sheridan County’s Commissioners considered a License Agreement with Phillips 66 Pipeline, LLC for an open trench maintenance/repair of an existing refined products pipeline at County Road 102, a.k.a. Dayton East Road.

Commission Chairperson Christi Haswell called on County Engineer Ken Muller to give more information on the proposed agreement.

No questions or comment was offered by the commissioners, and they voted to approve License Agreement 2622LA.
