Sheridan Commission Approves Agreement for Kleenburn Stream Stabilization Project

Sheridan County’s Commissioners considered the Landowner/Conservation District Agreement for the Sheridan County Tongue River Kleenburn Stream Stabilization-Water Quality Improvement Project during their meeting this week.

County Engineer Ken Muller was asked to give details on the agreement.

According to Muller, funding for the $606,000 project will come in part from the Wyoming Wildlife Trust in the amount of $375,000; the Wyoming Game & Fish Foundation for $40,000; and the SWPP for $35,000 with the remainder coming from Sheridan County.

The commission voted to approve the agreement.
