The Johnson County Commission, at their Tuesday meeting, approved an amendment to the existing agreement between the county and the Wyoming Department of Family Services for the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Community Partnership Initiative (TANF CPI) grant program.
Civil Deputy County Attorney Barry Crago and Commissioner’s Administrative Assistant Kristen LaDuke gave details on the amendment.
According to a Sheridan Media story from last year, the total amount of the grant is $61,000 with the funds distributed to Compass Center for Families, the Children’s Center, and the Boys and Girls Club at $18,530 each with the county contributing just over $5,400.
