Johnson County’s Commissioners considered an agreement with a landowner at Lake DeSmet that would allow them to build in a specific area of their property but would release the county from any damages in the future.

County Attorney Tucker Ruby explained further.

The commission, after some discussion, voted to accept the agreement.
