Buffalo’s City Council considered a rezone request for a property on Fort Street at their recent meeting’

Brent Moore, with Interstate Engineering, the company hired by the city to perform planning services, gave details on the rezone.

JCHC CEO Luke Senden spoke to the council, explaining further what they were planning to do with the property and why.

Senden said they were seeking the R-3 High Density rezone to allow up to six housing units on the property, and added they have raised roughly $500,000 to put toward the proposed project.

The council voted to approve the rezone request.
