Mrs. Blanche Alexander Rice, county superintendent of schools, has returned to Sheridan from the state university at Laramie, where she attended the summer school conference of rural teachers. She is very enthusiastic over Sheridan County’s representation at the university, there being 29 teachers from this county taking courses.
