County Agrees With Awarding WYDOT Chip Seal Project

The Sheridan County Commission has ratified a letter to the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) agreeing with the award of the contract for the 2022 Chip Seal Project to Bituminous Paving Inc. out of Minnesota.

In the letter, County Engineer Ken Muller addressed WYDOT District 4 Engineer Scott Taylor, saying the the county concurs with the award in the amount of just over $638,000.

Also approved by the commission was the letter designating of Chairman Lonnie Wright as the representative to the Sheridan County Joint Powers Fire Board for a three-year term beginning in January of 2022.

Sheridan County Fire Warden Chris Thomas was designated as the alternate representative.

The commission ratified the letters in the Consent Agenda of their last meeting.
