The Lake DeSmet Operations Department has a new administrator, according to County Commissioner Linda Greenough, who is the liaison to the Lake DeSmet Operations Board.
Greenough made the announcement to the rest of the commission during their recent meeting, saying Megan Fraley has been hired to fill that position, which will be vacated when current administrator Cheryl Benner retires later this year.
Greenough said Fraley has other experience and qualifications, but the Navy experience is what “jumped out at her.”
