A Special Use Permit (SUP) to allow a property in a business zone to be used as a residential property has been approved by the Buffalo City Council.
The application specified using a premises, located at 140 Krinders Circle, to be used as a residence, as explained by Buffalo Building Inspector Terry Asay.
The Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval of the SUP at their last meeting for the property just off of Cinema Drive, citing a number of other property owners in the subdivision as well as neighboring subdivisions using their property in the same manner.
