During their recent meeting the Buffalo City Council reviewed, discussed, then chose not to approve three liquor license applications within the city.
The licenses were a Bar & Grill Liquor License application from J Johnso Corp. d/b/a Rosie’s Cafe; a Bar & Grill Liquor License application from RB Dreams, LLC d/b/a Pie Zano’s; and a Retail Liquor License transfer from RB Dreams, LLC d/b/a Pie Zano’s to Buffalo Land & Property, LLC.
In a separate interview, Mayor Shane Schrader said he didn’t know what issues the council had with the applications.
Schrader explained what the next step may be in the process.
The city’s legal team and City Clerk Julie Silbernagel are looking into if or how the applications can be reintroduced, according to Schrader.
