Urban Thrift Adapting to Main Street Construction

Many downtown businesses are bracing for what construction on Main Street in downtown Sheridan will mean, and adjusting accordingly.

In the case of Urban Thrift and the HUB on Smith, making the rear of the store more accessible and inviting to potential customers is a priority.

While a guest on our talk show Public Pulse Monday, Urban Thrift store manager Erin Kranz described what they have been doing to make the rear entrance to the store more appealing.

Although construction on Main Street isn’t scheduled to be on the block of the HUB and Urban Thrift until June 18, they are preparing now for the inconvenience for their users.

Kranz said the sidewalks will remain open but parking will be in the rear of the store.
