The Sheridan City Council met for their first regularly scheduled meeting of June Monday night. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.
Large Annexation
Following a public hearing and subsequent approval of a resolution regarding the annexation, the City Council approved first reading of ordinance 2268, the Story House Properties Annexation. City Public Works Director Hanns Mercer said the ordinance annexes a little over 175 acres of property located at 2423 East 5th Street into the City of Sheridan.

The Council also approved a resolution for the Poll Motor Subdivision and second reading of ordinance 2267, the Teal Springs Subdivision Planned Unit Development.
