An Annual Compensation Agreement between Sheridan County and the University of Wyoming has been ratified by the county commission.
The commission approved the agreement as part of their Consent Agenda, which specifies their contribution to the salary and benefit package for the University’s Extension Office 4-H Youth Development Programming position.
The university contributes just over $42,000 for the position, currently held by Emily Swinyer, and the agreement specifies the county will reimburse University of Wyoming Extension in the amount of just over $24,000 annually for the position for fiscal year 2024.
According to the agreement, the county will make four payments of $6,034 in October of 2023, and in January, March, and June of 2024.
